Drug store won’t recognize the prescription with the preceding zero. So you have to manually retype the prescription number without the preceding zero. ### 2/5 — New version ...no good? *2019-06-15, version 2.0.0* The new version (June 2019) will not accept my RX requests. Old one worked for years. Used the web based site with no problem. Hope the app gets fixed soon. ### 2/5 — Prescription refill could be much easier *2019-05-14, version 1.0.29* I changed over to Kinney’s from Shaw’s due to some issues with one of the Pahrmacist, I guess I am spoiled with their app, so much more to offer! The biggest think is the refill-with Kinney you have to either have the bottle with you for the Rx# or scan the bar code (I gave to get that to work), when I used the Shaw’s app, I was able to enter all of the Rx#’s when I started using the app and then just click on it when it was time to order-all the info was kept on the app, how many refills left, when I ordered last, when they expired-everything! Come one Kinney’s - get with the new age!! ### 1/5 — Nice idea if it worked *2015-02-09, version 1.0.14* When trying to scan in a prescription it never captures the prescription number. I was able to type in the number and that worked. I deleted the app from my phone, because it is not useful to me. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — This app is horrible *2025-11-18, version 7.4.1801* I got stuck in a sign in loop trying to access my profile and it also does this when I try to access thrive rewards, can’t link it the way they want, can’t access coupons because every action wants yet another sign in and goes back to the beginning. ### 1/5 — I give up! *2025-05-24, version 7.4.1801* I have so much trouble with this app! It’s really, really not user friendly. I have to log in repeatedly. I haven’t been able to access digital coupons for months. And it also offers me the option to refill a script and when I press the button, it immediately tells me it’s too early to refill. Buttons at the bottom of the screen don’t scroll to full view. It’s ridiculous! I sign it to start, then have to sign in to go to whatever category I want to go to, then I have to sign in again for absolutely no reason! This app does not let you refill things through it, even though it says it was submitted it never is. They frequently bill my insurance wrong, no way to correct it. Will show scripts cancelled when they are not. But when I have gone to use it the last couple times- it says my password and email don’t match. (I have them written down and saved and they are accurate) I figured maybe the app just wants me to update them. I clicked forgot. No. Won’t work. It says my email isn’t accurate? It’s the same email I have had for 30 years. :/ then out of the blue it advances to the next screen and asks for my child’s or pets name… and prescription number. I enter it.. and it says it’s wrong and re-enter. Sigh.
