As a former D1 athlete, this is the exact type of system I needed to maintain a healthy base and stay in tune with my body. The tech does an amazing job of giving helpful analysis while also keeping me honest and on track. I highly recommend if you have goals you’re trying to meet, or if you’re at a place you’re already happy with. Hats off 👏

Kino has helped me so much with seeing small changes from working out. The 3D body scanning feature is precise, which is helpful when you’ve been working out for weeks and not thinking that you’re making any improvement off the naked eye. I’d recommend this app for everyone that is into fitness!

It’s actually really insane, and I NEVER write reviews but this app definitely needs more recognition. I took a DEXA and a scan on this app the same day and the difference between the two was only 0.2% body fat. Incredible!
