Two parents, a grandparent, a sitter — all caring for one child, and the details live in everyone's heads. That's how a medicine gets double-dosed, or nobody's sure when he last went. KinSense is the shared, live care log that fixes it — every dose, potty trip, and routine in one place that everyone sees. • Medications — log each dose with who gave it and when. KinSense warns you if a dose was just given, so nobody doubles up. • Bathroom — one-tap pee/poop logging and a "days since last poop" nudge for children who need a little help staying regular. • Routines — bath, brushing teeth, vitamins and more, on set times or an "every few days" cadence, with day-of-week scheduling. • Shared & live — invite caregivers by email; everyone sees the same picture update in real time, with each person's name on what they did. • Apple Watch — log from your wrist and see status at a glance with a watch-face complication. • Reminders — gentle notifications for what's due, suppressed automatically once someone logs it. KinSense is a logging and reminder tool, not medical advice. It never recommends or calculates doses. A short tour after setup shows what KinSense does — who logged what, the double-dose check, missed doses, bathroom and poop cadence, routines and notes. You can replay it any time from Settings. • KinSense now asks for your name the first time you invite a caregiver or accept an invitation, so the family sees “Mom gave the 8:00 AM dose” instead of your email address. On your own, entries simply say “You” and it never asks. • Fixed: accepting an invitation could ask you to add a child of your own, even though you'd just been invited to someone else's. ### 1.1.1 — 2026-08-10 Fixes for how doses line up with their scheduled times. • Adding a dose you forgot to log now clears the dose it was actually for. Previously it could tick off the wrong one and leave the missed dose showing. • A dose counts toward the scheduled time it's closest to, so logging the evening dose no longer marks the morning one as given. • Today and reminders agree with the medicine's dose history, so you won't be reminded about a dose you just gave. • Skipping a dose records the time it was scheduled for. • A tidier “Add this dose” sheet that fits larger text sizes. ### 1.1.0 — 2026-08-08 A big redesign, built around the one question you open the app for: has it already been done, and by whom? • Today now leads with a live countdown to the next dose and then names the person who gave the last one — "Mom gave the 8:00 AM dose". Everything already done today names someone too. • The day is grouped by time, so a bedtime cluster reads as one thing instead of four repeated lines. • Medications are grouped by commitment — on a course, ongoing, or as needed — and each gets a different action, so an as-needed medicine never looks like a due antibiotic. • New medication detail screen: a countdown, progress through the course, and a full dose history where a missed dose is its own row you can fill in. • Care leads with days since the last poop and a seven-day strip, and one button logs a bathroom trip. • New History tab: everything that happened, grouped by day, filterable, with a name on every entry. • Family shows what each caregiver can do and when they last logged something. • Redesigned for iPad with a sidebar, and the Apple Watch now shows who gave the last dose.
