Ich habe noch nie so ein kompliziertes und unfreundliches System genutzt. Preise völlig intransparent. Plötzlich werden Preise abgezogen, die nirgendwo standen. Kontakt unmöglich. Autos werden angezeigt und können nicht freigeschaltet werden, obwohl reserviert wurde. Nicht zu empfehlen. Katastrophal!

Sur iPhone un widget avec la clé de déverrouillage ne serais franchement pas du luxe… parce que devoir killer l’application sous la pluie, pour la re ouvrir, puis appuyer sur la clé etc parce que le blutooth met mille ans à se connecter pour ouvrir les portes grrrrh

Echt ärgerlich! habe eine Fahrt gebucht. In der App steht „Zuweisung des Fahrzeugs“ und ein Ladebalken. Es lädt und lädt und lädt, es tut sich aber nichts. Auto kann ich auch nicht entriegeln… wollte an einer anderen Station eine andere Fahrt buchen, konnte das aber nicht, weil ich die maximale Anzahl an Fahrten erreicht hatte. Ärgerlich! Hotline konnte mir auch KEIN BISSCHEN weiterhelfen… Mein Geld ist auch Pfutsch…

Man sollte sich die Anhänge genau durchlesen! 1. Kinto kann jederzeit die AGBs ändern und muss hierfür keine Mail verschicken. Die User sind verpflichtet, bei jeder Nutzung die AGBs auf der Seite neu durchzulesen! 2. Das Finanzielle läuft über Stripe. Das ist ein amerikanisches Unternehmen. EU-Rechte gelten nur sehr eingeschränkt. Der Datenschutz - vor allem auch die Daten der Kreditkarte - ist nicht im gewohnten Rahmen gegeben! Nachtrag aufgrund der Reaktion von Kinto:

In den Datenschutzbestimmungen (die sich ja regelmässig ändern können), stand auch mal dies. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn Sie mir erklären könnten, auf welcher Grundlage ich sensible Bankdaten weitergeben sollte, für die keine datenschutzrechtlichen Garantien geboten werden.

Bei AGB-Änderungen informieren wir unsere Kunden daher bereits zwei Wochen vor Inkrafttreten über die wichtigsten Änderungen. Um anschließend eine Fahrt buchen zu können, müssen unsere Kunden die neuen AGB in der App akzeptieren.


Auch, wenn unser Zahlungsdienstleister Stripe in den USA ansässig ist, werden Datenschutzthemen sehr ernst genommen. Wir können dir daher mitteilen, dass die bestehenden Maßnahmen von Stripe die von der EU-Kommission genehmigten Standardvertragsklauseln (SCCs) für internationale Datenübertragungen umfassen. Stripe ist nicht ohne Grund einer der Weltmarktführer, dem neben uns viele weitere Unternehmen, darunter Spotify und Amazon, vertrauen.

Ich brauchte eine schnelle Zwischenlösung für einen Zweitwagen. Die Registrierung ging innerhalb von 5 Minuten und danach ist man direkt startklar. Die Autos in der Nähe meiner Wohnung sind immer verfügbar wenn ich sie benötige und sauber!
