## What is Kinup?

Kinup, tramite un Test digitale composto da domande e movimenti, ti aiuta a valutare il dolore lombo-sacrale della schiena e a prenderne consapevolezza.
Completato il Test, ti vengono consigliati esercizi specifici per migliorare la condizione della schiena. Kinup ti aiuterà poi a monitorare la situazione, riproponendo il test ad intervalli regolari, così da calibrare di volta in volta gli esercizi più adatti alle tue esigenze.
L'utente può usufruire del Test gratuitamente, ma con la sottoscrizione dell'abbonamento potrà ricevere gli esercizi presenti nell'app ed usufruire delle altre funzioni presenti in Kinup (news, programmazione settimanale, notifiche di promemoria, re-testing).
Al rinnovo dell'abbonamento, l'utente potrà continuare a ricevere esercizi specifici per continuare nel processo di miglioramento e potrà continuare ad usufruire delle funzionalità dell'app, costantemente aggiornate.
