You say you fixed it in the last update and we've contacted customer service, but it still DOESN'T send notifications. It's very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Auto shut down *2019-11-04* Every time I try to open the app, it auto-shuts down. I never get to see a home screen or even a log in screen. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling and also restarting my phone, but now I have to take attendance on my laptop, even though I use it for class presentations every day. Last school year I had zero issues and now I can’t even log in. Frustrating. ### 3/5 — Great Tool *2019-10-29* Personally I really love KiNVO! It is super easy to contact parents and take attendance. It is a real tile saver. I will say that since I updated my phone to the new IOS I can. No way to figure out what day it is on app. Constantly logging out when I have to take attendance every period. Peak capitalist parasites thinking they can make education more efficient or some crap like that. **Developer response:** Dear Educator, Hi! My name is Alex Meis, and I am Kinvolved's Chief Product Officer, and one of the co-founders. I noticed that you mentioned KiNVO logs you out. Kinvolved had to apply that new policy for security standards, but since the version that you currently have installed, per my knowledge, we've released an update to support with this issue. Here's what we did in our latest version, and it would be really helpful if you could update the app to our latest version: - Add support for Touch ID / Face ID authentication. - Add support for PIN code authentication. You can uninstall, mess with the settings, and nope. Done. No more notifications. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t ever work right! *2024-10-02* Regardless of my settings, the badge icon never appears. New this year, now NO notifications in this app work! No badges, banners, Lock Screen, absolutely nothing! Since this school year has started, when I open a parent message it just keeps loading so I cannot read their message! I’m not always near a computer and need this app working! ### 1/5 — Latest Update is Not Working *2023-09-07* The most recent update, which went into place at the end of August, has created a problem with the inbox and messaging feature. The inbox will show a new message but the message will not load when opened. It spins and says loading message but does not load. This glitch has made the app useless for the purpose of communicating with families. Please find a fix and update with a new version. ### 1/5 — 4.2 versions *2023-09-02* When many of our teachers update kinvo app 4.2 it will no longer load full messages.
