You cannot return to the previous page once you select a product and read more about it. It always takes you to the home page and you have to start your search again. It makes my skin rushes and irritated. ### 1/5 — Poor Service and Repeat Mistakes *2025-05-27* I was their loyal customer, purchasing in store and online. My online purchasing experience with them has recently been disappointing. First,they delivered the wrong package to my address. Then another package arrive with missing items,though they eventually replaced it. Most recently, I received yet another package with missing items, but this time they showed me a photo claiming it was packed correctly, with no resolution. Clearly, there are serious problems with their packaging and delivery process. Errors seem to be common and customers should film themselves in opening packages from them for their own protection. Not worth my money, time and peace of mind. Won’t be ordering from them again. ### 2/5 — App doesn’t have my points! *2026-01-12* I have been collecting points since the new Waterloo, Ontario location opened up. Although I downloaded the app so I can collect my points online although I can’t put my phone number in. But in person is the only way I can build up points is provide them my phone number and I have over 300+ points? But on the app or website I can only input my email and no phone number that doesn’t even have my points which only says 50 points. ### 2/5 — New updates Needed *2025-12-01* Laggy app, needs updating! ### 2/5 — Not user friendly *2025-11-04* Love kiokii, hate the app. It's literally just the website thrown into an app and is so annoying to navigate.
