## What is Kioku Reader?

Read Japanese. Hear it. Follow every word.

Kioku brings Japanese text and audio together, with furigana, tap-to-look-up and karaoke-style highlighting. Read a passage, follow a song or practice with spoken Japanese, then save the words you want to remember.

FOLLOW SONGS AND SPEECH
Add audio to a note with matching Japanese lyrics or a transcript. Kioku aligns the text to the recording on your iPhone and highlights words as they are sung or spoken.

• Follow along in a karaoke-style view
• Tap a word to look it up, or tap a line to jump to it
• Switch between the full mix, isolated voice and instrumental
• Adjust word timing by hand when needed

For the best results, use clear audio and text that matches what is actually sung or spoken. Alignment may need manual adjustments. Kioku is a reader for your audio and text; it is not a music streaming service.
