Cuando da error para abrir las publicaciones lograr que lo resuelvan es una tarea titánica. Desde la app no dan opciones de reclamo de ningún tipo, es más, el email de sugerencias no existe. Después de enviar un reclamo vía email a una dirección encontrada a través de Google tardan una semana en llamar y cuando llaman no resuelven el problema y no te vuelven a llamar. La atención es de L a V en horario hábil es decir que venden una publicación diaria pero el soporte es limitado. Si el domingo la app no funciona no hay diario! Si dependiera de la app dejaría de leer el periódico. Leerla por la web no es una experiencia confortable.
