I’ve not been able to use this app since I moved in ten months ago. This is ridiculous and the customer support has been so unbelievably unhelpful.

Instead of just letting you pay for a machine it needs you to register an account for some reason AND even when you try to register it doesn’t send you the verification code to your phone number

This app is absolutely terrible! It won’t allow me to add money to my laundry card… It says insufficient funds when I have money in my account. 🙄

The app has no way for you to change your card information, so I tried to delete my account, but to my surprise there is no way to delete my existing account either. I had to create a new account with my brother’s phone number and email to finally add a new card.

Here is what every single person who has ever had to install this joke of an app has thought maybe halfway through the 30min installation process: “I wish I could find the people who developed this app and murder them.”  I’m trying to do a load of laundry. That should require a credit card, the end. It should NOT require a QR code followed by a download followed by mandatory Bluetooth access followed by account creation with mandatory email and phone followed by two factor authentication followed by credit card access followed by mandatory minimum deposit that is MORE than the cost of a load of laundry.  What a joke. It’s a washing machine, not a bank account.  This app seems to think it is importantly and people want it but I promise they do not.  It solves NO problems and only serves to get in the way of what should be a very simple process. Looking forward to 1) uninstalling it as soon as possible and 2) mandatory jail time for the developers.

Signed up to do my laundry on the app and put $20 on the app. As I tried to use the machines it would not withdraw the money from the app and withdraw it from my debit account. Anyway, I tried to contact this company on the mobile app. It does not send. I want my $20 refunded as it is not useful to me and it has taken the laundry my regular account. I cannot find a phone number anywhere. Or an email anywhere to contact these people and every time I try and use their. App for communication it says it cannot send

This app is actually the only reason I am able to get my clothes washed. Something happened to the machines where the tap to pay option is no longer working. I was pretty upset as my clothes were already in the washer with detergent. I decided to download this app and try using it again (didn’t work in the past) and suddenly it worked! They must have made some updates and fixed some bugs or something. Idk. But I’m glad it works now.
