The verification process is super terrible! After taking so long for the system to just do the scanning of IC and identify details, it also requires a 3 second video taking for facial verification. After trying few times, it keeps showing “Latitude cannot be empty” and there’s no button whatsoever to go back or ask help. I can’t finish the verification and cannot transfer the money.
