Hang forever on all attempts. ### 1/5 — App unable to connect to server *2025-11-18, version 7.3.5* comes to my attention this has been happening few times already ### 1/5 — Request for NRIC during registration *2025-10-21, version 7.3.5* Hi KipleCity, tried to contact you, however, no response at all. Can I ask what is the purpose of requesting NRIC when we were ask to use it to pay the LPR parking in Pusat Perdagangan Bukit Jalil, and after the registration, your team had told me that the apps is not applicable in that area when there’s a banner that stated I can use apps to pay and go through. ### 1/5 — Nothing seems to work except deposits *2025-09-28, version 7.3.5* - LPR has not worked for me - Withdrawal is expected to take 30 days + Deposit worked very well Unfortunately an unpleasant experience. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2025-06-22, version 7.2.2* After registering with all details and topped up, only to find it is not available for use in bukit jalil. You guys always have problems and keep taking our money. If the developer is reading this you should be ashamed of yourself for creating this stupid app. Doesn’t work most of the time. The app logs off every now and then, no face-id option making it cumbersome to type password while people are waiting behind you. Entry and exits are not updating properly.
