It consistently underperforms, with frequent crashes and slow response times. What makes it worse is the support team, which is completely unhelpful. Don’t bother emailing or calling them—they either don’t respond or provide useless advice. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this app. ### 1/5 — Useless app, please dont bother to topup the wallet dear users *2024-07-31, version 6.9.3* Customer service not helpful , no solution in the end. Sometime after plate number is scanned, the app does not sync and barrier does not raise up. (Even I have make sure the account is login & with correct plate number before I enter the mall) 2. I saw this banner beside the auto pay machine then I think can straight use it, but end up can’t help anything but I’ve reloaded money into it. How to change lane when there are so many cars in queue. Such a bad management and useless app development ### 1/5 — WORST app EVER *2023-10-16, version 6.4.1* The most horrible non user friendly app ever to exist in the App Store. It’s their excuse to display their property ads and asking users if they ‘Need Helps?’ Have been swiping and clicking all over and still can’t get to my booking page because, bad user interface design really does exist, right HERE. ### 1/5 — They cant detect my carplate at carpark!! *2023-07-08, version 6.3.5* 1st the app was terrible because for the area i always hangout in doesnt allowed you to enter with balance below RM 20. So my money will stuck there forever as you’re unable to cash out 2nd when my credit is enough, the mall device detected my carplate wronglyy (JESUS!) my car plate was DDY and it shows DDV. Mind you i dont have cash with me and they required me to take the ticket and pay at autopay. We downloaded this app to help out on conveniency but you created more trouble. I have only use this app for 5 times and every single experience was terrible. ### 1/5 — Bad sensor and double charged *2023-06-16, version 6.3.5* Half of the time the exit sensor in the car park cannot detect my number plate and I have to pay cash to the guard at the exit. I can’t even get to the main home page of the app. It is always stuck at the opening with the kipleCity word, without any buttons to press at all. ### 1/5 — Confusing App *2023-05-01, version 6.3.5* Firstly, it’s confusing because when there are 2 Kiple apps on App Store - Kiple & KipleCity. How am I suppose to know which one to download for parking payment? Then, I downloaded Kiple and was forced to top up RM20 despite my parking fee is only RM15. Next, I couldn’t find parking payment on Kiple app, and went to download KipleCity instead. Long story short, the app couldn’t register my car plate number just for me do make a parking payment. Such a simple function, but this app complicates it so much that I rather pay by cash. Customer service by chat replies fast, but still doesn’t solve my problem. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP. Not making lives easier but complicated! ### 1/5 — Useless app *2023-03-10, version 6.3.5* Take my money fast but when to pay, the system suddenly be stupid. Would not recommend for anyone to use it. Can I ask what is the purpose of requesting NRIC when we were ask to use it to pay the LPR parking in Pusat Perdagangan Bukit Jalil, and after the registration, your team had told me that the apps is not applicable in that area when there’s a banner that stated I can use apps to pay and go through. ### 1/5 — Nothing seems to work except deposits *2025-09-28, version 7.3.5* - LPR has not worked for me - Withdrawal is expected to take 30 days + Deposit worked very well Unfortunately an unpleasant experience. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2025-06-22, version 7.2.2* After registering with all details and topped up, only to find it is not available for use in bukit jalil. Still have to use cash and only accepts rm1, 5 and 10. Can’t even pay using e wallet. What kind of out dated method! And most stores are cashless I can’t even get small change. The app logs off every now and then, no face-id option making it cumbersome to type password while people are waiting behind you. Out of the blue the app is now asking me for too much information- it blocks me from using it unless I provide my birthday, NRIC, full address - all these combinations could be use for banking verification - what is it that Kiple needs so much information of me? For what reason? There is no terms and conditions and no privacy statement to explain how my information will be handled.
