Improved Attendance overview:
The Today's Attendance status badge now automatically adapts its layout and colors depending on theme brightness (using a deep blue color for "Pending" in light mode and a bright light-blue in dark mode).
Added a compact icon-only representation (showing just the hourglass icon) when attendance is marked as pending to fit cleanly without truncation.
Attendance Screen Statistics: Added a mini segmented-breakdown bar under attendance progress to show a color-coded ratio of Presents, Absents, and Leaves.
