I tried 5 times. When I rang the office I was told the app is unreliable and it’s best to ring the office. Booked a 7-seater taxi a week in advance at an estimated price of £29, to be told on the day of the booking that the actual price was £45. I expected it to be a couple of £s dearer but not over half as much again. I was told over the phone that the app doesn’t recognise that it’s a 7 seater, which is odd because the price was different between a 4 seater and a 7. The man on the phone then tried to tell me that it was because I’d not selected the correct number of people on the app - except, there’s no option to choose the number of people, only the size of the car.
