Cool story, bro. Weak sauce across the board on a delay to push or notify. I’ve un-installed and reinstalled and bam, I’m being updated by a booger eating Social medial vampire that feeds me my legit base info updates. Good bye app, yet, “there you were...”

Great for getting news about what’s going on at the base, but the only way I can get the push messages accessible through the app is to uninstall and reinstall the app - they show up as notifications just fine, but not in the app.  Can’t find any settings that might be preventing it, so based on the other review I read with similar issues, I am guessing it’s the app...

For those of us that are associated with KAFB, this is a very good tool. But it needs quite a bit of work. Especially one of the most important areas, the notifications/push messages area. 

First, it’s a bit confusing to figure out where to find the notifications. Is it under Push Messages or Announcements? The notifications do pop up on my screen, but when you open the app you can’t see the latest notification. 

For example, I’ve received several pop-up notifications on my phone from the app. When I go into the app, I can’t find any of those notifications. The Push Messages area says that it was last updated “1 month ago”. And the area doesn’t update when I try to update it. So, if I’m not able to read the notification when it pops up on my screen, I won’t be able to see it in the app.

Also, the Feedback area doesn’t work.

Have had the App for more than 9 months and especially during the COVID craziness the information is current. Important notices are pushed out and lots of COVID and base information is right there to reference, share and stay up to date. I use it every day.
