However, the switch from our previous online account set up to this removed a payment set up that I had where I paid my brothers car payment with Kirtland on mine just by transferring money from one account to another. Now I have to call every month in order to do this and it is a real pain as I do all my banking and billing online. This is a real sore spot for me. Every time I log in it freezes. I tried going to the website to login and it just keeps looping back to the app that doesn’t work. The ways in which the new app are inferior to previous versions are too numerous to list. It looks pretty but…oh well. Had to check my account and they logged me out due to the new update. Changed my password without my consent! Took me 20 minutes just to check my balance. There’s no reason why we shouldn’t have the option to get a notification with our daily balance or be updated WITHIN A FEW MINUTES (not hours) that a deposit was made. Modern banking apps are way better than this. Tells me to rotate device to take picture and literally nothing happens. You can’t even go back or get out of app. You have to force quit. Useless app now honestly. They kirtland would rather have you bounce a check. I was sick with Covid, and was not allowed to deposit a check by phone. They are obviously more interested in the making money than helping. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2017-12-14, version 5.6.1.19* For several years now, KFCU has decided it's not important to view the transactions via the app for credit cards.
