Kapazitäten, Wartelisten und Absagen werden automatisch verwaltet — du verpasst kein Training mehr und blockierst keinen Platz für andere. Alle wichtigen Infos, wenn du sie brauchst. News vom Dojo, Prüfungstermine, Zahlungsstatus, persönliche Trainings-Statistik und dein nächster Gürtel — alles gebündelt im Dashboard. Kein Suchen in E-Mails oder Gruppenchats mehr. Mitglieder-Chat mit allem Drum und Dran. Schreib direkt mit anderen Mitgliedern, Trainerinnen und Trainern — einzeln, in Gruppen oder Vereins-Broadcasts. Bilder, Dateien und Umfragen inklusive. Für alle, die im Kiryoku Dojo Berlin trainieren — vom ersten Probetraining bis zum Dan-Grad. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 1.8.8 — 2026-07-07 • Shared locations in chat now show a real map preview with a pin instead of just a placeholder text. • Declining attendance or cancelling an event can now include an optional reason. • The event list is clearer: your own declines are shown in pastel red, locked events keep a lock icon, and gray is reserved for truly cancelled events. • Event lists and participant lists were corrected so events you were not invited to no longer appear as declined, and admins no longer see ineligible registrations. • QR check-in and bulk check-in are more stable for already checked-in attendance. • Holiday, pause and free-period imports are more robust; individual events can be excluded before cancelling a whole date range. • Trial trainings, payments and club statistics were improved, including revenue tracking, the new "Exempted" status and direct trial-fee collection. • Chat search, the payments overview, participant lists and smaller UI details are more stable and easier to scan. ### 1.7.4 — 2026-06-22 Version 1.7.4 focuses on tournament handling and stability on iOS and Android. What's new: • Tournament placements now use a clear selection: no placement, 1st, 2nd or 3rd place. • QR scanning, check-in and event views handle navigating away or closing during network activity more reliably. • Push and dashboard refreshes are more stable when switching between the app and background. • Android and iOS metadata and permission descriptions were synchronized. ### 1.5.3 — 2026-06-07 • UX Design Overhaul: Fully modernized interface featuring sleek glassmorphism styling, optimized dark mode, and smooth transitions. • New Vocabulary Trainer: Learn terms playfully with interactive 3D flashcards, quizzes, and a memory match game with high score tracking. • Multilingual Course Player & Split Screen: Learn lessons in German, English, or side-by-side in Split Screen mode (interactive German + read-only English reference). • Event Attachments: Upload PDFs/documents to events directly and access them inside the app. • Streamlined Parent Registration: Simplified children registration form defaulting to 1 child (add more via + button) and strict address verification. • Under-the-hood stability improvements and performance tuning for chat and video streaming. ### 1.1.2 — 2026-05-18 Major chat update + new trainer tools: • Voice messages – press and hold the microphone, slide up to cancel, AAC format • Upload and play videos in chat (up to 50 MB, max. 60 sec) • Delete messages – "for me" (local) or "for everyone" within 24h, tombstone remains visible • Edit messages within 15 min, shows "(edited)" hint • "Typing …" indicator with animated dots (WhatsApp/Signal style) • Forward now includes attachments (images, videos, files, voice messages) • Admin moderation: admins can delete others' messages in group chats ("Deleted by admin"), private direct chats stay strictly private • Admins can long-press to delete others' comments on news and events • Broadcast channel "All Members" now cap-gated (configurable via trainer permissions) • Chat attachments are automatically removed from the server after 6 months • Trainer-Today overview: today's events, pending trials, birthdays • Club dashboard with member, belt and payment metrics • Privacy center: manage consents, data export (GDPR Art. 15), deletion request • Parents can now edit address, birthdate, phone etc. of children and themselves • Next-training widget in profile with link to training stats • Various stability, privacy and performance improvements ### 1.0.25 — 2026-05-12 This release makes the registration wizard much clearer: • Address step: empty fields are highlighted in red, and the "Next" button stays greyed-out and untappable until street, ZIP code, city and country are all filled in. • Parent accounts now require at least one child with complete details (first and last name plus date of birth). No more accidental parent accounts without a child attached. • Instead of an error message that only appeared after tapping "Next", clearly visible warning banners now show right away what's still missing.
