The KIS app makes is super easy to book the classes I love and keep track of how many I have completed. The studio itself is so inviting and all of the workouts are so effective. I love that all of the trainers are engaging, motivating and always changing up the exercises so you never feel like you are doing the same stations day in and day out. Great job!!

Easy to use and I love how when I first open my app I see all the classes I have taken in total as well as the total for the current month. It’s very motivating. Overall the app is beautiful and easy to use. I love KIS Training Studios and I’m so happy they have an App now!!
