It just keeps spinning with the Kish logo ### 1/5 — Terrible *2020-06-24, version 12.0.2* If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Never had a problem with the old app. This one proves problematic every time. This last update made it unusable at all. So many time I just sit and look at updating your account message. Someone really need to work on optimization. With latest update, it keeps saying unable to authenticate. I’ve tried resetting app, deleting and reinstalling with same error. The new app also has UX issues that make some functions downright difficult to find. Not very “innovative” in my opinion. There are many great features that come with this app. You have your bill pay options as well as person to person which allows you to send money to anybody that has a debit card. You can also set up a budget, track your expenses and set goals. Very thorough and user friendly. Frequently having issues seeing how much is in my account, to the point where I once went an entire week without being able to see how much money I have. Would make more sense to keep a notebook with physical paper rather than having to flip a coin for whether the app will run today or not.
