Kit Checker lets you build an exact digital mirror of your physical kit — bags, pouches, sections, and every item inside — then run fast, structured checks against it, whenever and wherever you need to.

Originally built for prehospital and rescue practitioners who needed a reliable way to check and evidence emergency kit without relying on paper or a phone signal, Kit Checker works for any kit that matters: medical bags, rescue and SAR equipment, workshop tool cases, event or expedition gear, vehicle inventories — anything organised into bags, pouches, and compartments that needs to be checked, trusted, and accounted for.

Build your kit exactly as it is
Kit Checker ships empty. You define every bag, pouch, section, and item — matching your real-world hierarchy precisely, so what's on screen always matches what's on the shelf or in the vehicle. Distribute this structure to other app users within your organisation for ease and consistency. 

Check with confidence
Run full or ad hoc checks against any part of your hierarchy. Tag sections, track expiry dates, and flag anything missing or out of date — all without hunting through a flat list.

Evidence you can trust
Every completed check is recorded permanently — nothing is silently edited or deleted after the fact. If you need to show a check happened, it's there.

Schedule it and forget it
Set check schedules at any level of your kit — a schedule on a bag cascades to everything inside it. This can be daily, weekly or monthly, or a cycle can be set up containing a set number of weeks, for example check every monday on weeks 2 and 4 only.
