I can’t continue to next screen when creating an account and I just want to place an order. Not even interested to create an account but this is required. Please fix both web and mobile apps. ### 1/5 — Sloppy App *2021-09-27, version 3.6.3* This app which seems to be nothing more than a website wrapper doesn’t even list all the restaurants at a location. You can see unlisted restaurants via some of the highlighted menu items in the cuisine features but nothing links back to those missing restaurant menus. ### 1/5 — This “app” is really poor quality *2021-04-15, version 3.0.0* First of all, it’s not a native app, it’s just a wrapper for their buggy website. Second, even though it says “checkout as a guest” that’s not actually possible. Third, once you create an account (I have to create an account, I can’t just Sign In with Apple, Google, Facebook or anything else) it forgets the contents of your shopping cart. Fourth, there’s no integration with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, etc, so I’m forced to share my credit card details. Fifth, whatever you’re doing with your card entry fields causes iOS to not recognize the data type that’s being entered, so I can’t retrieve stored card info from Wallet. This means that I literally have to type the entire card, date, etc in manually. Bonus points, when it forgot my cart (see point #3 above) I had already entered my payment info and then I got a “cart must contain at least one item” error. Guess what that means? Re-entering my card info by hand all over again!! Come on guys, this would be embarrassing for a mobile app in 2014, much less in 2021. Hire a competent dev and you can probably sort this out in a couple months! ### 3/5 — Can’t Change Kitchen Choice *2022-01-09, version 3.12.1* There are two locations near me. I picked the farther one to see what restaurants they offer. When I entered my delivery address, it refused to deliver there. I tried to change the kitchen choice to the one closer to me and discovered there is no way to do that in the app. I had to delete and redownload the app to remove the stored preference. One kid wants a burger, another wants a sandwich, wife wants taco, and I want noodles. With Kitchen United, we can all get what we want with one delivery.....shipped by the same driver.
