Sharing files is a business process. kiteworks helps manage the work around the files. Moving files has never been easier, it is only part of what this app does. I can access files from behind my firewall without VPN. I can contribute from anywhere! From the field, imagine using the tools resident on your mobile device to complete work! kiteworks enables me to securely open the camera app, take a picture or video and move it into the secure, collaborative folder. I cannot read 19 pages of document on my phone ### 1/5 — Compromised hacker app *2025-12-02, version 8.28.0* I installed this app by accident and all my devices and accounts were compromised within the hour. The app doesn’t even have an uninstall option. It works functionally but the icon heavy blocky design is unintuitive. The default feed view which dominates the screen is useless for someone that uses it as a single user corporate Dropbox. I really like the fact that this update allows for access with Box and $home connectors! I was at conference this week which allowed me to have access to all my office folders and content. Also, moving and sharing files from SharePoint and kiteworks folder is a piece of cake using the new move tray feature. really helps increase my mobile productivity. The productivity features (creating and editing Office files) are great and work really well. I don’t have to use Dropbox anymore. ### 5/5 — Efficient and secure! *2014-03-25, version 5.0.3* What an amazing secure app where I can access all my content I have stored on SharePoint, WFS, and Opentext. I don't need to access all 3 using VPN when all I need are the files stored there and I get to access all right from kiteworks aka accellion. All I need is my secure pin and No VPN. I especially love the ability to edit , annotate, and save back to their respective file repositories. I know my data is safe and not in the cloud somewhere. Keep it coming! Looking forward to next version! ### 5/5 — Director, Channels *2014-03-24, version 5.0.3* There are a number of file sharing/file sync options available in market but Accellion kiteworks has substantially raised the bar! The new UI is a HUGE improvement and the ease of use is outstanding! I am able to access my critical office stored in SharePoint or Windows File Shares from any device, and share the content, with no concerns about data loss. The kiteworks mobile app works like a charm on my iPad; the built-in Office file editor and PDF file annotator are a tremendous benefit to me as I work with files frequently while I travel. I also love how the UI is consistent across all device types (iPad, iPhone & PC).
