New app did its take over and the app can’t connect to my system. If I could give a zero star value, I would. I’d like the old app back. ### 1/5 — iPhone stuttering *2025-10-30* Most recent update causes very bad stuttering in the live view mode on 13 pro max. I have a monitor and iPad to watch my property at any given time and day but recently the iPad app keep shutting off after 10 mins saying for security purposes. What’s the point of a monitoring system if it’s not on 24/7. I can understand if it shuts off 6 hrs but every 10 minutes?! That’s annoying.
