## What is Kittysplit?

Kittysplit is the easiest way to share bills and split costs with friends. Period. 

It's the simplest way to calculate who owes what in group trips, vacations and travel expenses, and for tracking shared finances for couples, households and families.

No registration, no account or password required, no expense limits, no nonsense. 

Your friends can simply open the unique event link - Kittysplit also works without an app in any browser!

Kittysplit will always be free for a basic event.

How it works:
- Create a Kitty by specifying the name of the event or group and your names
- You don't need to give us any data, your friends don't need to have the app installed
- Share the unique Kitty link with your friends, so they can participate add their own expenses
- Add your expenses, Kittysplit tells you immediately who owes what and how to settle up
- That's it, you're done!

Simple, clear and easy way to track and share expenses in a group. Even if it’s just two and you don’t necessarily even need to split but just want to keep track of spending. Clean, well-designed graphic interface. (And adorable.) Reviewing unpaid version. Considering upgrade, but not sure I need all the features at this point.

I’ve downloaded about ten similar apps to find the best. Others don’t have the features that Kittysplit has or want to charge you ongoing monthly or annual fees. Kittysplit works fine as the free option but for an extremely low cost, each kitty will cope with different currencies etc. For recording a trip, who owes what and most importantly to me, being able to split a bill in to different amounts so the person who just ate the soup doesn’t cover the one who had steak is genius. I can see us using this app for dozens of upcoming trips.
