After using it for 2 days, I didn’t like it, so I deleted my account and then removed the app. Despite this, I was charged a subscription fee for three consecutive months. When they attempted to charge me for the fourth time, my bank detected the issue and froze my credit card. This is nothing short of theft. The audiobook narration quality is very poor — unnatural voice, heavy accent, and overall low-quality audio that makes it almost impossible to listen to. What is even worse is the billing behavior. I used the app for only one day and cancelled my subscription immediately, yet I continued to be charged. Despite cancelling, the charges did not stop, and I have been trying to resolve this issue for a long time without any proper solution. This experience raises serious concerns about how the subscription system is handled. I expect a full refund for all incorrect charges and a clear explanation of why cancellation did not stop billing. The summaries are sharp — not too long, not too short, just the key ideas. Audio quality is great too, voices sound natural and not robotic.
