## What is Kivo?

Train your pelvic floor. Keep it simple. No subscription.

Meet Kivo — guided kegel workouts without endless features or recurring fees.

Just open Kivo, follow the cues, and get on with your day.

Simple, guided training

Kivo takes the guesswork out of pelvic-floor exercises.
Every workout tells you exactly what to do:

Contract. Hold. Relax. Repeat.

Visual, audio and haptic cues help you follow along without constantly looking at your screen.

Train for your goals

Everyone has different reasons for training their pelvic floor.

Choose what matters to you:
• Pelvic-floor strength
• Better control
• Bladder control
• Sexual wellness
• Pregnancy & postpartum
• General pelvic health

Kivo uses your goals to recommend the right approach.

Learn how to do it properly

Before your first full workout, Kivo walks you through the basics:
• Identify the right muscles
• Feel what a controlled contraction should feel like
• Keep belly, thighs and buttocks relaxed
• Breathe normally

Short sessions make it easy to fit into your day. Set a reminder, and keep going.

Stay consistent — without the spreadsheet

Keep an eye on:
• Completed sessions
• Weekly consistency
• Your streak

Stay motivated. Not a second job.
