## What is Kivu AI?

STOP MANAGING YOUR LIFE. START LIVING IT.

Kivu is the AI that handles every corner of your personal life — so you can stop juggling apps and start being present.

The average person uses 8–12 apps to manage daily life: a calendar here, a to-do list there, family group texts, a meal planner, a notes app, a health tracker. None of it talks to each other. All of it demands your attention. Somehow you're still the one holding it all together.

Kivu fixes that.

KIVU AI — YOUR PERSONAL LIFE ASSISTANT
Kivu's AI doesn't just remind you. It handles things. It reads your calendar, knows your preferences, and proactively manages the details of your life — drafting emails, planning meals, scheduling appointments, managing your inbox, and running automations that keep your life on track. The longer you use it, the better it knows you.

CIRCLES — YOUR FAMILY, FINALLY CONNECTED
No other app has Circles. Create private spaces for your family, friend groups, co-parents, or grandparents. Inside every Circle: shared calendar, social feed for photos and updates, group polls, shared tasks, shared meal planning, and chat — with Kivu AI working quietly in the background. Choose on each circle what gets shared from or to your personal calendar, meal plan, and todos.

Kivu carries the mental load. You carry the memories.

EVERYTHING, IN ONE PLACE
• Calendar: Multi-calendar sync (Google, Apple, and eventually Outlook), smart scheduling, meeting prep summaries
• Email: Unified inbox, AI triage, AI drafting, smart categories, and email digests
• Meals: Meal planning, recipes, grocery lists, pantry tracking, and nutrition logging
• Health & Fitness: Workouts, habits, nutrition, and HealthKit integration
• Notes & Knowledge: Hierarchical notes, collections, and a searchable personal knowledge base
• Tasks & Automations: First-class reminders plus AI-powered automations that run without you
• Travel: Trip itineraries, packing lists, and budget-aware planning
• People Directory: Relationship-aware context and birthday tracking

WHO KIVU IS FOR
You're the parent carrying the invisible mental load — school forms, dentist appointments, who needs cleats by Thursday.
You're the professional whose work life runs on sophisticated tools, but whose personal life is chaos.
You're coordinating across generations — kids' schedules, aging parents' appointments — and no app has ever connected it all.

You've had tools for your work life. Now you have one for everything else.
