Basically a money grab as you have to prepay with no way to get any money back if you don’t use it. Maybe if you use these chargers all the time it might be okay but it’s pretty unbelievable that they don’t allow you to just pay for what you use.

App is super buggy Andrew wouldn’t let me sign up initially. Wouldn’t really bother anyway though as the chargers I have encountered are far too shoe worry about.

Glitch on the app. Keyboard is blocking the submit button. Not able to reduce the keyboard.

I couldn’t load the wallet because there is no exit or enter button available. It’s a rudimentary error that should have been fixed in the app development process. Has anyone actually been able to use this app and charging locations?

Clearly, the developers have not bothered to try the app even once before publishing. Impossible to add money to the wallet since you cannot dismiss the number pad after entering an amount. They gouge you on the price of the electricity and then give you this impossible to use app. Really really terrible.

Keeps crashing.  Had to restart phone twice.  Can’t enter $ amount because button under keyboard and can’t get rid of keyboard.   Did you guys actually try to use your app before publishing it?

The amount of layers I had to go through just to start charging was painful. Don’t use unless you plan to charge with KiwEV often or if it’s a last resort. It shouldn’t be this hard to charge my car.

The app worked great for me!  I like that it was setup to charge per kWh instead of by time. Account setup was straight forward. I added some funds to the account balance, found the charge location on the map, and initiated the charge.  Smooth as butter.
