They should rename their app into „KIWI - sometimes opening doors“
How is it possible that an app this reliant sometimes is not working as it is supposed to be.
Hopefully never ever will be freezing to death while waiting for the lock to be unlocked.

Wahnsinnig tolles iot-Produkt, sehr wertig, sowohl die installierte Software als auch die App funktionieren einwandfrei und total intuitiv. Ich liebe die Funktion, Personen aus der Ferne Zutritt zu gewähren!

Die Nutzung von Kiwi finde ich sehr bequem. Alle Schlüssel sind im Telefon und das hat man heute eh immer dabei. 
Was ich mir noch wünsche ist eine Version für die apple watch - das würde Sprachbefehle richtig sinnvoll machen und eine „ eingeloggt bleiben“ Funktion.

Leider macht die App nur das Minimum, kein Support für HomeKit oder NFC Keys in der Wallet, wobei der Shortcut Support eine ok Zwischenlösung ist. Schade, dass man den Status der Tür (offen oder zu) nicht in HomeKit sehen kann. Die Invite Funktion funktioniert leider gar nicht, ich kann hier keine Türen auswählen. Die Tür an sich mit Transponder funktioniert jedoch super, aber hier bewerte ich ja die App.

Ich nutze diese App jetzt seit 2 Jahren… und mit jedem neuen Update wird sie nur noch unerträglicher. STÄNDIG kann ich mich nicht einloggen. Angeblich ist mein Passwort nicht richtig, oder es gab einen Fehler…. Dann stehe ich erst minutenlang vor verschlossener Haustür, bis auf einmal doch wieder alles funktioniert wie es soll?! Dazu kommt die lange Ladezeit der App - wenn sie denn dann mal funktioniert und die Haustür überhaupt angezeigt wird…. 0 von 5 Sternen - wenn das gehen würde.

Generell funktioniert es, jedoch gibt es viele Kritikpunkte, die Nerven. 1. man kann nicht angemeldet bleiben, die App logt dich in gewissen Abständen automatisch aus 2. kann nicht bei näher kommen mit Handy automatisch geöffnet werden. 3. keine App für Apple Watch 4. keine Schlüssel Karte in Apple wallet 5. nfc Nutzung mit dem Handy Im generellen gibt es keine schnelle Lösung um die Tür zu öffnen. Man muss immer sein Handy entsperren, die App öffnen, sich anmelden und seine Haustür öffnen. Insgesamt dauert dies genauso lange oder länger als mit einem Schlüssel.

Die Nutzung des NFC-Chips des iPhones als Türöffner ist aufgrund von Restriktionen durch Apple für externe Entwickler leider nicht möglich. Wir haben Ihre Anregungen jedoch in unsere neuste Version der KIWI App (3.2.1) aufgenommen. Diese unterstützt nun iOS-Shortcuts für schnelleres Öffnen.
