Their advertisement that they are the biggest and fastest korean streaming services is bull. During prime time there’s buffering to remind you of the dial up period. And when I asked them about it they denied their server issue and referred to internet service provider. 
Do not use and waste money.

I am not sure if this service is legal… 
The website indicated that they were providing legal service so I have purchased monthly pass without any hesitation (monthly isn’t cheap, it is costlier than Netflix).  However, after using the service for a while, I have doubts about its contents.  Could someone please provide clear guidance if they are providing legal service or not? I do not want to pay for or be part of any illegal service

유료 바로보기로 이용하는데 엄청 끊기고 로딩이 아니라 그냥 먹통이 되네요, 앱을 껐다 키든 별 짓을 서너번을 해야 처음부터 재생이라도 되네요. 한시간짜리 영상 두개 보는데 열번은 끊긴거 같네요, 덕분에 세네시간 허비중입니다, 빨리 고치세요 다른데로 갈아타기 전에,,,,,,

1. 앱을 빠져나가면 다운로드가 멈춘다고요? IOS에서 Background Download 스케쥴러를 내놓은지가 언젠데... 신기한 건 PIP로 동영상 보면서 다른 앱 쓸 때는 다운로드가 계속 되더군요. 즉 쉽게 구현할 수 있는데도 “귀찮아서” 안했다는 걸로만 보이네요.
2. PIP로 보다가 다시 확대하면 가끔씩 동영상이 꺼지고 키위디스크 앱 타이틀화면에서 프리징됩니다. 앱을 종료하고 다시 시작해야만 고쳐지네요.
3. 동영상 보다가 키위디스크 안에 다른 곳으로 가면 동영상과 소리가 멈추네요. PIP상태에선 키위디스크 다른 곳으로 가는게 아예 불가능하더군요.

이럴 거면 그냥 모바일웹 놔두시지 그랬어요. 적어도 모바일웹에서는 사파리가 알아서 다 해줘서 별 문제 없었다고요. 물론 다운로드 시청은 안됐었는데, 어차피 아이폰이나 아이패드로 보는 사람들은 대부분 스트리밍에 익숙하고 다운로드 받아서 보고 싶은 사람들은 컴퓨터로 다운받아 옮겼어요. 앱을 만들어서 좀 더 편의성을 높이려고 해준건 고맙고 좋은데 앱 퀄리티가 안해준것만도 못한 질로 나왔네요.

I like the contents they are providing, and 고화질 / 초고화질 option. But it seem to have speed problem / buffering. It could be a good alternative to OnDemand Korea, but AirPlay is not stable and portrait/landscape rotation has problem.

I made an account with kiwidisk and paid for the membership that was $19. After using the app on mobile and on desktop I did not like the format. So I cancelled my membership and deleted my account. However I am still being charged and I do not understand why. Whenever I try to log back in to talk with the call center it says that I can not log back in.

새로운 버전으로 업데이트 후 기기에서 소리가 나오지 않습니다. 이어폰을 사용하거나 애플TV로 플레이 할 경우에만 소리가 납니다. 애플TV로 플레이중 앱을 닫고 다른 행동을 하거나 화면이 꺼질 경우 재생이 꺼집니다(이전 버전에선 문제없었습니다)

The latest version update may have caused the problem. No matter what you do, it doesn't launch the player and you cannot watch anything. The app already used to have many issues sich as full screen. So bad quality and so much worse than the android version. Please fix the bugs and update the app asap.

버퍼링 미친듯이 와서 드라마 보는데 몇시간을 허비하는지.. 자기네 시스템엔 전혀 문제가 없단다. 넷플릭스 보다 비싼데 퀄리티는 진짜 ㅆㄹㄱ. 넷플릭스 진짜 단 한번도 끊긴 적 없는데 디즈니플러스도. 이 앱 정말 문제가 심각하다. 나 이 앱때문에 스트레스 너무 많이 받았는데 곧 해지해야할 듯. 답변은 빠른데 자기네는 전혀 문재 없다는 말만 반복. 전혀 문제가 없는데 별점이 2.1 ??? 점수가 모든걸 말해주네.

이 세상 그 어느 누가 미디어 콘탠츠를 보려 하는데 Portrait 모드로만 디바이스를 새워야만 콘탠츠 선택을 할수 있게끔 만들어서 강제로 Portrait 모드에서 Landscape 모드로 왔다 갔다 하게끔 만들어 사용자들에게 매우 큰 불편을 안겨 주는 게으른 개발자 (최선을 다해 쓰래기 같은 엡에 대해 그나마 양호하게 표현 하려고 노력 중) 라고 밖에 생각이 안되는 것 같습니다. 제대로 못만들면 아예 사용자들앞에 내 놓지를 말아야 한다는 생각이 드는군요. 무슨 상상을 초월할만큼 획기적인 기능이라면 그나마 개발 비용 등등 고려 해서 뭐 패치가 뒤늦게 나올수도 있어요, 하지만 이런 간단하고도 기본중 기본적인 기능 하나 제대로 구현을 못하시는 개발자 분이라면 사업 접어야 한다는 생각도 드는군요. 왜 세상에 이런것을 내 놔서 이렇게 스트래스를 사용자들에게 퍼서 떠 넘기려고 하시는건지, 혹시 소시오패스? 성격 소유자 이신지? 장사 이렇게 하다간 오히려 브랜드 이미지만 실추 된다는것 정도는 기본으로 알면서 사업을 해야 하는것 아닐까요? 성공 하시고 싶으시면 이런 조삼모사 같은 행실은 하루빨리 반성하고 제대로 개선하여 최소 기본적인 기능만큼은 이뤄내어 귀사의 일익 번창을 기원 드립니다.

I like it. But one thing is that I have iPhone X and this app does not support stretch to fit full screen. I see black bars left and right of the videos. Hopefully that can be supported soon. Besides, I love the fact that I can watch latest Korean TV shows on the go.

I have the Max XS. I don’t have the extend screen issue like some others. The app has a few bugs to fix. It keeps kicking me off while the episode is uploading. Other than that, overall not bad.
