App does not give accurate skin feed back. It said I had some sagging but when my dermatologist checked my skin she said it was firm with no sagging at all. I also lost a lot of weight and that can causing sagging too. Your app just gives false feedback in order to manipulate the user into buying products of companies you partner up with and to also a subscription to your app. This is deceitful advertising

**Developer response:** thank you so much for your feedback! we will constantly refining our facial analysis model. A few notes, lots of facial clinic use Visia skin scan which doesn't include sagging in the way we do, and significant weight loss can weigh factors like elasticity differently. we'd love to have you try a rescan after a stable period of time to see if the results align better :0
