Don’t fall the the layout, the “hacks” of self transfer or the attractive prices - It will all come crashing down. ### 3/5 — Good pricing but dodgy *2026-08-25, version 2026.28.1* They tell you that you must download their app to add some missing information. But app says otherwise. ### 1/5 — Stolen Airline Refund *2026-08-20, version 2026.28.1* I booked a flight through Kiwi and then the airline cancelled the entire flight. Kiwi clams they only got a 25% refund from the airlines but the airline told me their policy is to refund 100% in the event they cancel. The airline website says the same thing. Kiwi refuses to admit that they kept the remainder of my refund for themselves. I ended up paying 75% the price of a cancelled flight. Truly horrible customer service and scam of a business model. ### 5/5 — Good service *2026-08-17, version 2026.28.1* Good service ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE, THEY STEAL MONEY *2026-08-17, version 2026.28.1* Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT use this service. I bought their “disruption protection” as I had a series of one way flights from the US to Europe. The day of my flight, JetBlue (the airline for my first flight) decided to “reschedule” me to a flight that had already taken off and landed. Because of this, I missed every single additional flight in my itinerary. After trying to explain how this qualified for a refund for their “disruption protection,” I realized that the “agent” I was speaking to was actually an AI assistant named Nathan. I have put in so many refund requests, but as of August 4th, Kiwi has gone radio silent and refuses to communicate with me whatsoever. I spent $1,200 on the initial flights, all of which I was unable to make due to JetBlue being shady. Kiwi insisted that JetBlue “rescheduling” me to a flight that had ALREADY TAKEN OFF AND LANDED was a “minor” change and didn’t constitute a refund. Seriously, don’t use this app or book through Kiwi. Ever. I will never use them again ### 1/5 — They guaranteed a refund and haven’t sent it in months *2026-08-14, version 2026.28.1* I used kiwi multiple times, I’ve bookef over 15 flights with them but last time I received the worst customer service of my entire life. Kiwi cancelled my flight by accident. So I called and they said that they indeed do a mistake. They gave me three options. Either they refund me the full amount of my first flight. They either book a new flight for me or I can book it myself and receive a refund for the full amount. I took option 3. They are now refusing to send me the refund and are saying it was not guaranteed while I was promised by the staff on the phone that it would be. Remember for their mistake… now it’s been 3 months and I am still battling to get my refund I am so disappointed by the service. They had a loyal customer with me but now I have no faith in this company and I find that utterly disappointing. Can you do anything please? You have promised to refund me 1200$ for YOUR mistake and now it’s meant to be my issue. I would say this is the worst costumer service I’ve received.
