After speaking with Apartment staff they showed me app which arrows away from the car park I was in. You need to improve your signage as it was not fair getting towed. ### 4/5 — Good value, needs locations added to signage *2021-06-08, version 1.2.43* Please add the site name to signage so it’s clear which location to book with. There is a few sites really close to each other in the CBD, but today one was showing fully booked even though there were bays available and for the other one bay numbers didn’t match. Phoned the 0800 number but they couldn’t figure out what I was talking about and redirected me to “parking people” which went straight to voicemail... ### 5/5 — Great customer support *2020-02-06, version 1.0.20* Car parking was paid but still towed, however the customer support replied my email within 24 hours and have confirmed it was an unfortunate misunderstanding, they have also offered to refund the tow company release fee in full.
