The tab where you’d see your cards is just a blank screen even if you refresh it. Only tabs that work are for the “game” aspect of it **Developer response:** Hi there – really sorry about that! We ran into a minor bug that caused the card screen to appear blank, but it’s been fixed now. Everything should be working smoothly again. If you're still having trouble or notice anything else, feel free to reach out – we're here to help! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can’t see all credit cards *2026-06-23* So there was no way to delete old credit cards that you have closed out and every time you try to add one it’s not allowing you to and some of the credit card numbers on the app don’t match the ones that we don’t have trying to email customer service. Haven’t heard a response back at all. ### 1/5 — Can’t see all of my cards *2026-06-01* The only way to add cards is through Method, which tells me that I’ve attached 7 cards. The only ones the app is showing are the 3 cards that are in my name. The other 4 are in my husbands name but I’m an authorized user. Having a manual option for adding cards would be helpful. I’ve emailed for help but haven’t heard back. Canceling my trial. ### 1/5 — Glitchy *2026-05-01* When trying to verify my Amex card it has me enter my expiration dates and there’s no way to click on the screen to add them. If this app is that glitchy I don’t have faith in it to handle my finances. I emailed support and never got a reply. I only figured out why it didn’t work by reading other reviews and realizing that my bank possibly wasn’t supported. I wish they would disclose this on their app so people don’t waste their time downloading it and trying over and over again. ### 1/5 — The worst financial app *2025-06-19* This is probably the worst financial app I’ve ever used. At first, the app worked well. I paid a few credit cards through it. The next time I open the app it looked like I had never signed up for it. I tried choosing the I already have an account option and the screen went blank. I deleted the app and re-installed it. Chose the account login again and it sent a code to my phone. However, it only gives you 15 seconds to receive the code and it took well over 15 seconds for the code to reach my phone. So I could get past the authentication code. I emailed Kiwi pop twice and got no response. I tried to delete my account and the app froze up. I did not realize that it also takes seven days to make my payment. That is not convenient at all. Would love to delete my account and this app for good. ### 1/5 — Can’t see my cards *2025-06-13* None of my cards are popping up. My information was 100% correct so I was incredibly frustrated. I old definitely change my review if I had a chance to actually use the app. **Developer response:** Hi there! It sounds like you entered the correct information, but unfortunately, some cards or banks might not yet be part of our network, which can prevent us from locating your accounts. I know that’s frustrating, and I wish there was more we could do at the moment.
