This app never works right. It won’t let you sign in half the time and won’t let you download coupons. That’s why they do such good digital deals. They know you will never be able to actually access the coupons

The only things I can get through the app are the weekly ad, coupons, recipes, locations, and more. But selecting “More” does not give me the option to see anything that is actually in the store. Useless app! 😡

Why are there 4723 diff apps for IGA and their subsidiaries. Crazy. Make one app and based on their area code or location, run the coupons for that zone.

Whenever I open the app, it’s asking me to upgrade.   I click on the app and it take me to a grocery store Clayton's food  isn’t kjs market. I was having the same issue trying  to access the website.  Now, the website works but I’ve deleted the app off my phone.

I am no longer able to clip the digital coupons. I keep receiving an error message stating coupons are not available.

I’m a 24yo female and i feel that this app is honestly Really difficult to clip coupons and then use them. wish they had a better system set up to apply the coupons. Also wish they had better search engine capabilities to easily find sales that i’m looking for. and I have an iPhone, i’m tech savvy. 

the elderly folk have given customer service members at KJs a really hard time about the app because they cant figure it out. I don’t blame them.

Can’t seem to enlarge on I pad app??Putting a nickname is ridiculous. I have tried about 10 and every time it says taken
