When I asked the person with the sign if they were from KKday he directed me to a service desk where they knew nothing. The excuse was that they outsourced the reception to another outfit. But when I tried to place the order it said I didn’t match the conditions, even though I’m a first time user, the order was above the minimum amount required… so I tried to get help but could only access the automated chat. I asked to talk to a person agent but it said to send an inquiry at the website, which is only the website version of the app. **Developer response:** Thank you for choosing KKday.
