The app owner blamed customers as ‘troublemakers’ in Facebook for his/her/their failure in providing links and claimed that it is not a essential service. Customers, especially who have paid monthly fee, are urged to see advertisements to accumulate’ brooms that will enhance robot hit rate in buying tickets with the link. I eagerly signed up for a subscription hoping to benefit from the app’s advertised features. However, after payment was processed, I was left utterly disappointed.
