Without completing that I was then taken to the terms and conditions with no way to exit. I could only close the app and begin again. After I was finished there was no way to sign out. ### 1/5 — An eternity to load *2026-08-20, version 1.31.0* This app never opens after I enter the verification code. It just continuously shows the loading symbol. ### 1/5 — It’s awful *2026-08-18, version 1.31.0* It just doesn’t work. You can’t leave a doctor, it never loads, it never saves any information of mine, it makes me log in over and over again and I’ll enter in my phone number over and over and over again. It’s exhausting when all I need to do is message my doctor. I hate that I have to go through them Klara ### 5/5 — ? *2026-08-17, version 1.31.0* Dr. Erickson did a wonderful job removing the skin problem on my neck. ### 1/5 — The Worst Patient Comm App *2026-08-13, version 1.31.0* This is by far the most difficult and frustrating patient communication app I have ever used. About 75% of the time it doesn’t allow me to login, it doesn’t recognize my login name or password, it’s difficult to navigate, it’s not intuitive, and it doesn’t allow me to view actual test results in special cases. PLEASE KLARA, give it up to MY CHART - In my opinion, The Golden Standard. mfultondvm ### 1/5 — Patient *2026-08-13, version 1.31.0* Too complicated. Patient portal system much easier to work with. ### 1/5 — Completely useless *2026-08-08, version 1.31.0* App never opens quickly, login never works, messages from doctors office take you too a browser instead of app, then it gets confused and have to reauthenticate even if you check to remember this device. You’re better off calling the office and listening un to hold music. ### 1/5 — Is this app even still being maintained? *2026-08-06, version 1.31.0* I’ve been trying to use this app with my doctor but I’m starting to think no one works on it. First I tried the website, which just loads forever and I have to reset multiple times for it to load. I thought the app probably would work better and initially it did! But now when I go back in to read the response to my initial message I can’t even re-login easily. It recognizes me, does a face unlock success symbol and then nothing. But if I re-enter as if it’s my first time to the site, I can get in, but that’s like 20 extra steps every time! Now I see all the bad reviews of the same experience. Wish my doctor would use another app… do better Klara! ### 2/5 — PITA to use *2026-08-06, version 1.31.0* I don’t know who programmed this, but they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. The option to stay logged in for 30 days is useless. Check it as many times as you want, but you have to re-login every time you try to use the app. Clearly not programmed or designed by anybody who actually uses the program because if they did, they wouldn’t let this kind of nonsense remain in place. ### 2/5 — KLARA… Seems like it’s mostly about money *2026-08-06, version 1.31.0* This comment has nothing to do with how I feel about my doctor or the clinic that she works in. It has to do with KLARA… First of all I have an older iPhone and I cannot get into that medical information program when I finally do get into it it tells me there was a problem with my last purchase which is not true and why should a money issue be the first thing that pops up when you’re trying to get information from your Doctor or check in for your appt.
