I purchased tests for my boyfriend and I. I submitted photos of both test results 8:30am Sunday just on my phone and entered my boyfriend’s details for one test and mine for the other. I received a notification saying that the PDF certificates were available in the app in less than an hour. I had the results by 9:30am same day (Sunday). The certificates have no mistakes and I have downloaded the certificates to my files on my iPhone. The service works on a Sunday for anyone wondering which was perfect as my flight is on Monday morning. The app says they issue certificates between 08:00-23:00 every day including weekends but advise to upload your test results 4 hours before you need your certificate. Ready to go on holiday in the morning. :) Very happy with this service. ### 1/5 — Awful *2022-08-08, version 2.17* The communication on this app is awful / you can never actually speak to a member of staff - it’s all done via email as the FAQ section directs you round in circles to the same links!
