Le Dashboard des devices est en mode paysage (ce qui est bien), et lorsque l’on choisi un device (DryFy smart) le panneau de commande de celui ci s’affiche en mode portrait. Donc, on n’utilise pas l’écran de l’iPad et le panneau de commandes est illisible (la plupart des caractères sont trop petits pour être lisibles et d’autres sont trop grands par rapport à l’interligne). Il faut scroller vers le haut pour accéder à la totalité du panneau de commandes. Par contre, sur IPhone c’est OK. ### 4/5 — Eigentlich gut,…… *2025-05-10* …..aber ein Dark Mode fehlt mir noch. Die Darstellung am iPad ist nur im Querformat möglich, am iPhone jedoch nur im Hochformat, bitte fixen. Ansonsten ist die Inbetriebnahme eines neuen Gerätes, ich habe mir den DryFy Connect gegönnt, dank der sehr guten Anleitung überhaupt kein Problem. Genauso problemlos möglich ist das erstellen, bzw. einrichten einer Szene oder Automation. ### 3/5 — Update *2025-01-07, version 6.0.5* Any chance to correct this app as temp are not reflecting real ones ### 3/5 — Steuerung Gerät über App *2024-12-19* Probieren wir es mal hierüber, nachdem es über den Support nicht funktioniert hat… Nach dem letzten Update funktioniert die Steuerung der Geräte über die App nur teilweise. Nachdem die Geräte planmäßig über die App per Automatisierung ausgeschaltet wurden frieren Sie ein. Wir haben sieben Geräte laufen, und bei fast allen tritt dieser Fehler auf. Any chance to fix that bug, perhaps? It kind of ruins the purpose of the scheduler, I come home expecting the preset temperature, but instead it's a lot colder as sometime during the day the setting went back to default. Die App macht grundsätzlich was sie soll und läuft ft inzwischen auch stabil. 2. Ich bin immer fasziniert davon, wie die Developer es schaffen - egal mit wie vielen Updates - einfach KEINE praktikable App zu bauen. Ich benutze die App für ein Heizegerät - einen Pseudo-Ofen mit Flammen-Darstellung. Es ist den Developern einfach nicht möglich, die gesamte Steuerung praktikabel auf einer Seite unterzubringen. Zwar kann man die Flammen auf der Steuerungsseite an und aus stellen, aber um die Hauptfunktion, das Heizen, einzustellen, muss man im Hauptmenü die Gradzahl einstellen und dann in ein Untermenü gehen, um den Heizer auf stark oder schwach (oder aus) zu stellen. Stellt man das Gerät aus, vergisst es die eingestellte Gradzahl und fällt zurück auf 10 Grad. Man muss die Gradzahl also jedes Mal neu einstellen oder das Gerät anlassen (was auch nichts macht, weil der Power-Button gar keine Funktion hat, wenn Flammen und Heizer aus sind). User-unfreundlich ist auch die verschlimmbesserte Timer-Funktion. Konnte man früher noch sagen, das Gerät solle sich um 23 Uhr einfach ausstellen, muss man jetzt darauf achten, die sinnlosen Voreinstellungen einzeln zu ändern. Diese sind: Flammen an, Heizer aus, aber auf 10 Grad stellen, einmal wiederholen. Es war scheinbar nicht möglich “lass es wie es ist” einzustellen, bzw. dem Gerät nur einen Befehl zu vermitteln statt die komplette Einstellung, obwohl das in vorherigen Versionen kein Problem war. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Update, wenn die App wieder mal komplett anders aussieht und ich neue Formen der User-Unfreundlichkeit entdecken darf. The humidity show in the main screen of the device is incorrect and any change made at this location results in an incorrect setting being set on the device. This can be seen when moving to the detailed settings screen. These two locations should show the same data and setting changes should result in the same location in the app as well as on the machine. It would be good if the app allowed integration with Apple HomeKit so that humidity data could be shown there and settings could be changed in Homekit. This would also allow automations to be possible. This would be a big improvement in functionality. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Current App Version Useless *2025-05-21, version 6.2.4* We have a Wonderwall heater. The previous app worked ok. The current one is useless. You have no control, it ignores schedules and settings. Switches on randomly at high temperatures I don’t need and burns through electricity as a result. It’s been terrible for over a year. ### 1/5 — Appalling app - makes the heaters useless *2024-11-28, version 6.0.5* I have four heaters, and when I first bought them, the app was very clunky but worked. There was any new version of the app that was terrible. Since this latest version came out, it’s been easier to set up the schedules. However, the app does not work at all. It instructs the heaters turn on and off randomly, and same for the temperature. It bears absolutely zero resemblance to the schedule. As a result I’m struggling to heat my flat because even when they’re set for 20 or 21° C, they’ll turn themselves off when it’s 15° in the room. I’ve tried disconnecting, reconnecting all of them. I’ve tried manual settings, automatic settings. I’ve tried having them on all the time at 20°. It makes no difference - they come on and off, and the temperature setting is utterly random. I’m constantly having to manually control them. The heating panels themselves are great but because of the app they’re now pretty useless. I would replace them immediately if I could. ### 1/5 — Steakreaktor is not supported *2024-06-10, version 6.0.0* On a box it says to install the app but the device is not supported. ### 1/5 — Awful app *2024-03-04* Less functionality than previous App, & a nightmare to set the times/temps (I have four IR heaters and you have to set each time temperature individually, so more than 200 individual settings). After all that, the times and temps randomly reset to default settings, so have to go through all of the above again. Another IR heater won’t even update via the new app so I’m stuck with the old settings, but I’ve lost a chunk of time when it goes off because no longer have more than four settings. But worst of all is the completely random way the heaters turn on and off, despite the whole fiasco of setting the schedule. This means heaters are on when they shouldn’t be, off when they should be on, or don’t correspond to the temperature settings. Overall, I have a lot less control of the heaters now than with the previous app and I would never have bought all the heaters had I known the functionality of the app was going to be so bad. Since the new update…it is a real pain to set schedules…and there is no way to delete the schedule on some of my devices. Also my older it heaters sometimes won’t stop heating…they just heat and heat like crazy. Most of my heaters are pretty much useless now. Like the new look…but want the old reliable functions back! ### 1/5 — Why the update? *2024-01-08, version 6.0.0* Last update completely broke the timer feature for the accompanying infrared heater. As this was basically the only thing keeping me using the heater as opposed to a more on-demand and powerful fan heater I may now get rid. Pour revenir au sujet principal, l’appli est géniale et permet des scénarios très variés et assez complets. J’aimerai toutefois pouvoir avoir accès à un paramètre : retirer le son du radiateur lorsque l’on augmente ou baisse la température. En second temps j’aimerai pouvoir sélectionner dans les « scènes » plusieurs appareils pour intégrer la scène plutôt que devoir faire un appareil par appareil.
