I’ve tried numerous times with the camera on the desk in front of me and it won’t connect. I’ve turned the camera and phone of and then on. I’ve reinstalled the app. Doesn’t work. It’s 2026 and they can’t get this simple function to work? I’m sending the camera back

From only 5-15 feet away, I must go through the “connect” process between my phone and the trail cam at least 5-10 times before they connect. After that, the pictures are extremely slow to populate in the app, and the app often disconnects while I try to view the pics.

I just downloaded from buying it and I tried to create an account but it says my passwords don’t match when they definitely do!
