I cant place any order. What’s the point? ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2024-10-02* New app is not working and I am unable to login and access funds in my account. Support reset my password but that did not work, and the have not responded to follow-up queries. Prior to them switching apps i had 364 points which i was eligible for 20 dollars off but now that they changed the app, my 364 points havent been transferred and i emailed and nobody answers about it. I dont even want the points anymore though, i cant even get something good with 364 dollars i spent. Will be taking my money to starbucks thats for sure. ### 1/5 — You’ll be broke before you can get a free sandwhich *2022-05-17* If you want to earn a free ham and cheese, its going to cost you 600 points. $1=1 point, you do the math. The point system is more of a donation system, don't waste your time on it. Stick to collecting points through Starbucks. A ham and cheddar sandwich is 750 reward points. So I need to spend $750 to earn a $6 sandwich? So bad it’s not even funny. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-10-06* I don’t know how many times I’ve tried using the app, can’t get pasted the “enter your number” screen because it keeps saying “server error”. Doesn’t go away and nothing works. Don’t bother downloading ### 1/5 — Inconvenient app *2025-09-24* Today, I tried ordering ahead on this app using Apple Pay. The app immediately declined my order even though it showed my card getting charged immediately. I called the place to make sure the order hadn’t gone through and they said it hadn’t. I then tried to manually put my card information in, tried to order again and it STILL REJECTED THE CARD even though I put the info in correctly. Once again, my card got a pending charge. I was looking forward to getting coffee this morning and now can’t get anything because this hiccup made me late to work. This app is not very user friendly when it comes to ordering ahead and I really hope they fix this annoying bug. I’ll just be waiting to see if the pending charges on my card get dropped in the meantime. ### 1/5 — How about Sign in? *2025-09-22* The app only gives you the ability to sign up. If you have already signed up online and have an existing account it gives you a message that this email has already been registered and from there you are basically stuck. Please fix that so I can sign in and use the app! ### 1/5 — Pointless Hassle *2025-08-19* The fact that you can’t place a mobile order from the Klatch website is already ridiculous. Then, this app forces you to make an account and give unnecessary personal information before you can even see an ordering screen. And, in spite of selecting my preferred location, I still had to manually search for the location seconds later in order to place my order. Plus, it doesn’t even accept apple pay. All of this adds up to an app that is a giant waste of time when is just want to order a drink. Absurd. ### 1/5 — App never works *2025-05-31* Every time I want to use it, there is a “network error” after I put my phone number. It never works. Please fix this. I love the coffee but I always choose another place because the app doesn’t work ### 1/5 — Horrid app *2025-05-15* I honestly do not understand who wrote off as this being intuitive it’s the worst app experience of anything I ever used yet you have one of the best coffees! What’s the point of having an app Thats useless? ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-03-15* This is one of the worst apps I have ever tried to use. There are options on it that do not work. The order ahead option for another day doesn’t work because it doesn’t load the shopping cart at all for you to pay in advance. You also can load multiple forms of payment but aren’t able to choose another payment because it defaults to whatever the first payment you added on… ### 1/5 — Server down?! *2024-12-06* It’s so difficult to use this app. When I want to order, it says the server/network is down 4/5 times!! Why?! Not friendly app for customer use. So, I order from Starbies instead! ### 1/5 — Problems with App *2024-12-01* Tried several times downloading app and trying to login with no success. Guess can’t get credit or birthday gift!!! ## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Extremely simple *2025-08-25* This app is extremely easy to use. I originally avoided downloading the app because of the reviews but as I’ve recently made Klatch my new spot I thought I’d download so I can pick up my coffee without having to wait and I haven’t had an issue. For every $1 spent you get 2 points and to me that isn’t a bad deal. I don’t mind that you have to input your card information it makes things easier for me. Apple Pay would be nice but again it’s a non issue. You can favor your klatch location and favorite orders and can easily click re order with no hassle which I like a lot. I have no complaints, it’s a simple & good app. ### 5/5 — App is ok, coffee is better than the big chain *2024-10-31* I understand that the ratings are bad because everyone wants a better return rate on the rewards. Try to appreciate that you're instead getting better quality coffee (try the Honey Latte w/ Breve); the store is clean and bright; the service is stellar; and I wouldn't be surprised if their employees are paid more. So, I'll rate the app considering all that and its a solid 5 stars. Note: about the "they're greedy" comments- I once had to remove an item from my order because I didn't quite have enough. When i got to the window; they said it was on them and gifted me the order. I didn't ask then too; and they must've deduced by how I amended the order that I was struggling a bit. They're anything but greedy. ### 5/5 — Klatch APP *2024-03-08* Was told by the staff to download the app after many visits. App was pretty straight forward to use just remember to verify via email. Store is great and app works. ### 3/5 — Better then buying into the starbucks machine *2023-12-08* I used to go to Starbucks but since it’s been reported they sell fake food then what are we left with. Klatch is a very good locally sourced coffee, heck they even sell 2# bags in costco. I’ll admit the rewards system is pretty bad but to be fair if you order and pay with the app they double your points so no it’s not going to cost you $600 to get a free sandwich. They pump out drinks pretty fast with the limited staff they have here. Prices could be lower but I guess I’m willing to pay a little more for better quality coffee to a business that I’d like to see more readily available locations. I really can’t stand the opposing monster of a conglomerate and how people will stop at nothing for it. There’s one on every corner and the playing field isn’t really level so nevermind the outdated reviews your reading from a year ago as Klatch is up n coming and I hope they achieve to be a success. ### 2/5 — could use some work *2025-06-10* Please add a way to add extra espresso shots. Let’s be real I’m not going to go to SB but it’s be cool if Klatch didn’t treat their customers like they’re stupid. This reward system does just that. Just get rid of reward system all together. I’d imagine the point of putting money on the Klatch app is to lessen the blow of debit/credit fees to Klatch. By using it we’re helping them run a more cost efficient business. Return the favor Klatch and come up with a reward system that actually rewards us for being loyal to our favorite local coffee shop. ### 2/5 — Visually nice, not worth the price *2022-05-12* The updated app looks a lot better, visually, but the rewards system is totally jacked.
