Some developer didn’t do their job. Fix it and it will be 5-stars. ### 2/5 — Was a great app *2026-06-05, version 5.1.34* Sadly having to repeatedly sign in is a pain! And register a new account does not work! This used to be an excellent hap but sadly is now as much use as a Kleenex tissue! ### 1/5 — Won’t load *2026-05-31, version 5.1.34* You need to sign in or create an account for this app, but when I try and sign in it just loads and goes on a blank screen ### 2/5 — Sign-in has broken *2026-05-06, version 5.1.33* Usually very useful to confirm reactions are caused by pollen, and to plan activities or symptom prevention /treatment - however today I checked and had been logged out, there's a blank screen instead of sign-in. I will give more stars and edit when this has been fixed ### 2/5 — Useful but registration fir an account never works *2026-04-25, version 5.1.33* Basically a good app but attempting to register for an account simply doesn’t work: I enter my name, email address and a valid password and get told to wait for a verification email which never arrived. ### 2/5 — Used to be good app *2026-04-21, version 5.1.33* This used to be a good app until they removed the ability for it to auto detect or even remember your location unless you signed up and logged in. I guess they decided if they are going to produce a free app they should be able to harvest some data in return. Sign up isn’t even reliable so I haven’t done so, meaning I have to manually search for my location each time. I’m sure in time you will require a log in to even open the app. ### 2/5 — No access “temporary” error *2026-04-16, version 5.1.26* Hit and miss. Lots of good features – logging symptoms is easy and intuitive (and possible even retrospectively). However there are some limitations eg the level of detail as far as pollen is concerned is surface-level (tree/grass/weed is as granular as it gets) while other apps go so far as to identify individual species. Also, I often receive a temporary error that locks me on the home screen once I open the app. How useful is an app you simply can’t use when you want to? ### 2/5 — Used to be great *2026-04-04, version 5.1.26* Used to be a great app but now I have difficulties logging in and get stuck in a loop where it won’t allow me to reset my password. The app itself is really good! Please fix this glitch!! ### 1/5 — Annoying login *2026-03-12, version 5.1.25* I’d give it a five if I didn’t have to login every time I open the app. Also your app is not comparable with Apple autogenerated passwords - you require a symbol and more to the point it your app doesn’t recognise saved Apple passwords so it won’t auto populate with saved username and password - keep getting failed login. Your techs clearly haven’t tested this app with Apple iPhone. It’s nearly impossible to use which is a pity. ### 3/5 — One tap it is not *2026-03-09, version 5.1.25* If you want to get the pollen count quickly, then this is not the app for you.
