## What is Kleeve?

Kleeve is habits with your actual friends. Not alone, and not with a guilt-tripping owl.

Here is how it works. Pick a habit. Set a 5-minute focus timer. Show up daily with your squad of 3 to 5 people. Everyone sees who has submitted and who is still cooking, so you actually follow through.

The streak belongs to the whole group. Miss a day and you spend one of your three strikes. Break the third and it resets for everyone. The tolerance is on purpose. Real life happens, so three strikes is grace, not a free pass.

Kleeve is invite-only, and that is the whole point. No strangers, no feed to perform for, no follower count. Just the few people whose opinion of your follow-through actually matters.

Meet Klee, your squad's little mascot. Klee draws a checkmark when you submit and reacts as the streak grows. Dress Klee up as you go.

Squad Recap. Once a month, your squad's month becomes a little card: the real numbers, and a dry read on who you've become together. The Night Shift. The Comeback Squad. The Dawn Patrol. Measured against your own last month, never against anyone else.

Home-screen streak widget (iOS). Your streak and how many of the squad are in today, sitting right on your home screen. No tapping in to find out the day already slipped.

  - Cheers. Tap to cheer a squadmate who showed up. The small nod that says I saw that.
  - Gift stars. Quietly send a squadmate some of your own. No announcement, no fuss. They just find them.
  - Seasonal shop. A rotating "This season" shelf in the Star Shop. Things come and go, and they always come back, so no rush.
  - Klee adventures. When the whole squad shows up on the same day, Klee fills up and wanders off. Next morning you find out where Klee went.
  - Squad month tally. This month's check-ins next to last month's. Your squad, against its own past.

  Still your actual friends. Day done, and they're waiting.

Squad Shield: cover a rough day for the entire group, so one missed timer doesn't sink everyone's streak. Stock up, save it for when life happens.

Show-Up Day: out of gas but don't want to break the chain? A 2-minute version still counts. Twice a week, free, no guilt.

Stars and the Shop: earn stars just by showing up, then spend them on shields and little extras to dress up Klee.

Gift a friend premium: got a code? Redeem it from Settings or the upgrade screen.

Plus a round of polish: smoother layouts on iPad, quicker squad switching, and a gentler way back in if you close the app halfway through setup.
