I want to like this app, but there is a missing feature. The UX is simple and I like the concept. However, the workout makes you go through a kegel workout before you then record a reverse kegel. I have a hypertonic pelvic floor which means a kegel is the opposite exercise I need. I would have contacted the developer directly to ask them to add this simple feature, but I can’t find a way to contact them or to put in a feature request.

Had purchased the Stamena app 3 years ago and then all of a sudden despite having paid for it I could no longer use it because it went to a subscription based system. This app does the same thing that one did, I hope it doesn’t go the subscription route.  I’m hoping in time they add more levels, but I think I like the fit and finish of this app better.

This app is amazing. Just when I was making noticeable gains using Stamena they changed their app to a worthless subscription app. Klench is exactly what I’m looking for and I’m excited to keep working on my PC muscles. Thank you immensely for creating this great men’s health app!
