It was so refreshing to find Klever did. I have placed, and am eagerly awaiting, 29 orders from the first 5 days after discovering Klever. I have received 2 of my orders so far. The quality is far more than i expected. I am delighted! I had an issue with my bank and Klever orders. I contacted Carlee in Customer Service. She was extremely perspicacious and immediately handled the issue with tact, kindness and patience. Thank you, Klever and Carlee! She also advised that in the event the item was delivered to just keep it. The tracking showed it is in transit. I did not get it. I contacted Klever and was instructed to look around my house, in the bushes, with neighbors etc. my mail is delivered to a locked cluster box, not to my home. I checked with the post office and they said they never got it or else it would have been delivered. They are saying a good delivery was made so they are not going to refund my money. Beware of these people, they are as bad or worse than TopHatter before they shut down. I am removing this app and will never use it again. I recommend you do not install this app or order anything from them! ### 1/5 — Just auctioning junk *2022-06-22, version 3.0.1* I spent an hour looking through auctions. What I found was basically junk. I collect rare coins and the coins they had up for auction were in really poor condition and the auction prices were way over valued. Saw a several 1901 Liberty V nickel in poor condition. Bidding started at $3 which is probably max worth and the poor fools bidding up from there. Many other products look cheaply made. Don’t use this app. ### 1/5 — Worse company *2022-06-17, version 3.0.1* This company is the worse place you can order anything from. Shipping is always late or your item just won’t show up. If you are lucky enough to receive your item you purchased you have a 90% chance that it is defective. If you complain to the company they will not resolve the issue. If you don’t receive the item they act like you did receive it and refuse to help you. I’m telling you right now you will have better luck ordering something from Wish or tophatter. At least you know your item will come when they say it will or they will fix it. I really hope Apple store will remove this company from their website so no one else gets ripped off. I spent a lot of money on this site that I am now out. I have plenty of emails to back my claims of how the treat customers. ### 1/5 — Horrible Service Packages Never Received! *2022-04-16, version 2.29.0* I’m just going to call my bank and have them all canceled this is now my third order that supposedly gets delivered and I never received it. You guys are horrible and every time I message I always get the same answer saying you can’t do anything. If I could give zero starts I would. So I guess one will have to do. ### 1/5 — So I tried it. *2021-08-15, version 2.24.1* I tried the app I made 3bids waiting on two to come. My first bid arrived it works but I can’t move the panels to the mist fan they are broken. I asked for help and they say they want to investigate when all I wanted was to exchange the product for one with moving panels. So no help. The stuff is cheaply made no name products. The mist fan I got has no product name on it at all. So I can’t even go to the company to exchange it. I guess if you like product s that fall apart or are broken from the start bid away. It’s fine for body spray perfume and things for the house but don’t invest to much in electronics seriously not worth it. I’ve deleted the app it was fun till I saw what I paid for. Not worth it. ### 1/5 — It’s okay *2020-08-28, version 2.5.0* UPDATE: I received my first two orders. One was missing parts and they only offered for me to return it or partial credit for missing parts. and second came used and opened. They wanted me to return it for a refund but it’s gonna cost me the same I paid to do that and the seller never mentioned the products being used. At least with tophatter they let you keep most items if it really is an issue and not just something you decide you don’t like. I won’t be wasting my time on this app anymore after my third item arrives. Super bummed out! It’s a decent app. Good products but what I hate is that people don’t seem to check what the item is worth before bidding so the chances of getting a good deal is low. I got a few items at okay prices but nothing exciting and couldn’t find cheaper somewhere else. ### 1/5 — Unhappy Christmas *2019-12-28, version 1.37.0* I’ve been ordering from overseas companies for 4 years now & I've never had the trouble I had with this company! If I could give zero stars I would & I’ve never written such a bad review before. The only reason I’ll allow the one Star is from the customer service trying to make things right. It just didn’t happen. Shipments were held up to ship together then nearly not making it in time for Christmas; when they arrived, the boxes were crushed even when shipped in bubble wrap (I think they may have even broken them while packaging them for shipping!!!). With crushed boxes, it should’ve been obvious the products were broken, but I hoped. Big mistake. I unknowingly gave broken presents to my family this year & had an embarrassingly poor time on Christmas morning apologizing to my son & granddaughter! I have never experienced such poor quality from ANY company in my life. Customer service is the only bright part of this company. They really did work hard to ensure I was happy - it’s just they had such little to work with! Katherine was a gem; searching out tracking numbers, providing information, & when necessary, promptly giving me a refund. It just was a total disaster. Then, I thought things were clearing up, I was talked into placing another order. Big mistake. I won’t do business with them again. I pray the last few things either get to me in one piece, or I can get refunds promptly. No more messing with these guys. Also purchased a ring that didn’t come as pictured, a bummer cause it’s really cute. Customer service is really good though, the answered my text quickly and helped me to resolve my issues.
