Too many glitches in this app now. Takes too long to buy tickets - and sometimes hangs. Tickets purchased can sometimes go missing but then reappear later. Very frustrating for a transportation app. Pity because train service is excellent and has been outstanding for decades.

Impossible to login, either via account or Facebook. Utterly useless app. Purchase on the web or at the airport.
