Klick is designed to help patients securely connect with their clinic, from home, through an app. It is newly developed by Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (CWFT) for people living with a specific long-term condition. Klick provides patients with: - Ability to share information about health needs with their clinical team- Reassurance that sensitive health information is handled in an appropriate and secure fashion - Convenient care management Klick has been developed so that patients with a long-term condition can share information with their outpatient team. This app has provided me with an incredible sense of autonomy, and I couldn’t be more grateful. It has been instrumental in helping me take ownership of my health, and for that, I can only say thank you. One feature I’d love to see added is the ability to book STD tests directly through the app. It would also be amazing if it could sync with the iOS Health app, enabling us to manage a complete health portfolio in one place. I truly believe this app has the potential to evolve even further, giving users more access and ownership over their health data. That said, I have no complaints right now—just gratitude.
