## What is Klientivo?

Klientivo brings appointments, client history and your service catalogue together in one private app for appointment-based businesses.

Key features:

• appointment calendar with working hours, service duration, breaks and conflict checks;
• client records searchable by name, phone number or email address;
• appointment history, recommendations, notes and purchased products;
• ready-made service suggestions tailored to the selected industry;
• multiple businesses with separate clients, calendars and service catalogues;
• custom logo and two brand colours;
• Polish, English and German interface with regional settings;
• encrypted .klientivo backups for safe data transfer.

Klientivo is designed for beauty professionals, lash and brow artists, nail salons, barbers, hair salons, tattoo studios, massage therapists and other appointment-based service businesses.

The app works locally. On first launch, the user creates a PIN that protects the local data vault. The developer does not receive client data, appointment data or the PIN.
